Some ways you can optimize your brain functions include avoiding sugar, eating a vegetarian plant based diet, managing stress, hanging out with friends, taking adequate amounts of vitamins etc. 

Body

Ultimately, nothing would work if you don’t take care of your body.

Taking care of the body is incomplete without proper exercises.

If you are not a great fan of the gym, you can try out other options like yoga or high-intensity workouts.

Proper physical activities not only stimulate the brain but also make us more productive. People who exercise tend to be happier than others.

Besides, physical activities help you keep your body weight in check.

This means you will have lower risks of contracting serious diseases.
