Clinical Hypnotherapy

Clinical hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that utilizes hypnosis to help individuals achieve their therapeutic goals.

During a session, a trained hypnotherapist guides the client into a state of deep relaxation, known as a trance. In this state, the client is more receptive to positive suggestions that can help address various issues such as anxiety, phobias, smoking cessation, weight management and many more.

Clinical hypnotherapy can also be used to explore and address underlying emotional issues or traumas.

I also use Clinical Hypnotherapy with clients for pain management, for mothers giving birth and for operations. I used this personally for a hernia operation and two wisdom teeth removals.

I have worked with many professional and world class athletes. For sports people this is an amazing and powerful technique that gives them the edge they require.

It is important to note that hypnotherapy is a collaborative process between the client and the therapist, focusing on empowering the individual to make positive changes in their life.
