The quantum principle tells us that prayer & blessings are consciousness
True Blessings
The quantum principle tells us that prayer & blessings are consciousness.
A state of being.
Inviting us to be surrounded by our answer and be enveloped by what we desire. We must first have the feeling of our prayers and blessings answered in our hearts before they become the reality of our lives.
Asking in a way like “Please let these things happen,” – this is not the language Creation recognises. When we feel as though we’re surrounded by healed lives and healed relationships, and enveloped by peace in our world, that feeling is both the language and the prayer that opens the door to all possibilities.
The key is that we must become the very things that we choose to experience in our lives.
If you are looking for love, compassion, understanding and nurturing in our lives, we must develop those very qualities within ourselves so that the Mind of God / Spirit can mirror them back to us in our relationships. If we want abundance, we must feel gratitude for the abundance that already exists in our lives.
Hurt Is The Teacher, Wisdom Is The Lesson
: Tests and challengers in our lives come on to us only when we are ready to hurt.
That is only when we have all the emotional tools to heal our pain and draw to us the experiences to demonstrate our mastery. This is the subtle yet powerful secret to coping with suffering.
Blessing Is The Emotional Lubricant
: When we apply the steps of the blessing process, we suspend our hurt long enough to replace it with something else.
Bless everything about the experience.
From the one who hurts, to the one who is hurting.
I blessed myself, I was the one who was hurt.
I then blessed the Man who betrayed me, I believed he was the source of my hurt.
Then I blessed all those who witnessed the hurt. Daughter, wife, parents, friends.
In the blessing, I suspended my own hurt long enough to let in something else.
That “something” was the ability to see the big picture and make sense of the seemingly seedless things that were happening in my life. I then found beauty in the process.
Beauty Is The Transformer of Our Hurt
: Beyond something that we see only with our eyes, we can see the symmetry, balance, and the give-and-take of a situation.
We begin to see why things have happened the way they have.
This is where magic occurs.
When our hurt makes sense to us and we can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
We begin to feel differently.
In that, our hurt becomes our wisdom. This is where the healing begins.
Feeling Is The Prayer and The Blessing
: Ancient traditions remind us that the world around us is nothing more or less than the mirror of what we have become in our lives.
What we feel about our relationships with ourselves, one another, and ultimately, God / Spirit.
Science now suggests the same thing, what we feel inside our bodies is carried into the world beyond our bodies.
This is a different way than what we were taught growing up. It is also empowering.
Bringing back to you the real power of Blessings and Prayers.

Blessing is a quality of thought/feeling/emotion that allows us to redefine our feelings about something that’s hurting us now or in the past.
It is a “lubricant” that frees our hurtful emotions, opens us to greater healing. Rather than being stuck and unresolved within the body.
To lubricate our emotions, we must acknowledge (Bless) all aspects of those hurtful things: such as those who suffer, the cause of the suffering, and those who witness the outcome.
Also, it is important to be very clear about what it is not.
When we bless someone who has hurt us, we aren’t suggesting what happened is OK, or that we want it to happen again.
Blessing doesn’t condone or make excuses for any atrocity or act of suffering.
What blessing does do is free us from our painful experiences.
It acknowledges those events, and feelings about those experiences and allow them to move through our bodies instead of getting stuck inside them.
Blessing is the key to accessing the space between.
When we make our choices and offer our prayers from a place of strength and clarity, rather than from weakness of rage and hurt, something wonderful begins to happen. This can be as simple or as difficult as we choose to make it.
Before you can Bless . . .
One prerequisite before you can do a blessing into your life.
You must truthfully and honestly answer a single question. This is for you alone.
Question is: “Am I ready to move beyond a `gut´ reaction or an old belief that `someone must pay´ or I need to get even in order to right a wrong?”
To move beyond the thinking that justifies hurting someone because they’ve hurt you.
If the answer is yes, then the blessing is for you, and you will like the results you experience.
If your answer is no, then your path is to find out why you would choose to hold on to a belief that keeps you locked in hurt and leads to the very suffering you’re trying to heal.
There is No right or wrong answer. This helps you to be very clear in your thought processes and what you hope to achieve through your beliefs.
The Blessing Template.
The key to receiving the gift of blessing is that it must be offered.
Find a place of privacy, where no one will hear what you’re about to do.
Then, simply begin by stating the following out loud:
• “I bless __________.” (Place here the name(s) of those who are suffering or have suffered.)
• “I bless __________.” (Place here the name(s) of who or what has inflicted the suffering. It helps to be as specific as possible.) • “ I bless me in the witnessing.” Or those who have been affected by suffering.
This can take a time or two before it really works. Repeat your blessing until you feel warmth in your body that extends outward from the pit of your stomach. This will rise and expand throughout your body.
** Now we start to realize the full impact of early biblical edits!
When the books that preserved the wisdom of emotion & feeling disappeared from our traditions, we were left on our own to understand what the new texts were all about!
It becomes obvious that tremendous liberties were taken throughout the centuries with the wording and intent of the ancient authors.
A lot was lost in the so-called Translation!!
Even the priests and people of authority began to forget the power of feeling in prayer and blessings.
We need to bring in the feeling of prayer and blessing.
Always the feeling.
Each moment is a prayer and blessing.
Life is a prayer and blessing!
Scientific tests showed when people prayed and blessed and were at peace within their bodies, the world around them reflected that peace and blissfulness.
All that could happen was peace and bliss. When they stopped, the violence renewed, sometimes reaching levels greater than before the experiments began!
Prayer and blessing is more than what we do.
Prayer and blessing is what we are! Rather than something that we do sometimes, the old traditions invite us to accept prayer and blessing as something that we become, always.
Bringing back to you the real power of Blessings and Prayers.

Although praying any time during the day is beneficial, Native North American Indian traditions state that two times each day the earth enters into mystical realms.
One realm immediately after the sun disappears below the horizon, just before the darkness of night arrives.
The second realm occurs just before the sun reappears from the edge of the sky, after the darkest part of the night.
Both are twilight moments.
Suggested is an opening occurs in which profound truths may be realised, deep healings may occur, and prayers have their greatest power.
Called by Carlos Castaneda as a “crack between the worlds”. An access point into the unseen realms of spirits, demons and power.
Prayer is more than what we do.
Prayer is what we are!
Rather than something that we do sometimes, the old traditions invite us to accept prayer as something that we become always.
The quantum principle tells us that prayer is consciousness.

Creating Your Own Prayers:
Words of prayers are not the prayers. They may be beautiful, ancient, and time-honoured relics, they are simply the catalysts to unleash the force.
And the force is within you!!
You is the operative word here.
For our words, its all about our Feelings!
Prayers are personal.
One is different for every-body.
This is where you can have fun with your prayers.
Create your own! Words that have special meaning to you.
Between you and God / Spirit.
Could be a simple single statement you’re praying about is already accomplished.
Like, “I give thanks for a safe journey and a safe return.”
While you state your prayer, feel the feeling of gratitude as if your journey is already complete.
To empower your prayer with your senses, see yourself doing something when you return home, like taking the groceries out of the car and putting in the fridge.
The key is that you can only take the groceries out of the car and put them away if you are back home. This way, you have set the powerful intention of a safe journey by feeling it as if it has already happened.
If you are poetic, your prayers can reflect your creativity in the form of rhymes.
Rhymes are both easy to remember and can become part of your daily ritual.
Check out Rhyming Dictionaries for extra help.
The important point is to give thanks for the feeling they create. There’s a friend who drives over mountain ranges who says, “All creatures great and small, stay safe today, one and all.
Creation responds to what we become – and to what we feel.
Have fun with your prayer poems.
Share them with friends.
It can come very naturally for you to anchor and seal your prayers with a rhyme. We knew how to do this as children, and they know how to do it today.
Different ways to pray.
I feel the best way is what is most comfortable, peaceful and sacred to you.
This could be lying down – face up or down, standing, walking, on your knees, crossed legged on a mat of cushion, on a chair, holding a book or an object you feel a connection to God or Spirit with.
You may have your own position that brings you closer.
This can be by yourself or with a friend or group of people.
Your hands could be clasped, or fingers and palms together, in front of your chest, or chin or forehead.
You choose what is right for you.
The one thing I always do is at the beginning and the end is to give Thanks and Gratitude.
In whatever way you feel is appropriate. Through such simple and joyful moments of life, we’re using an ancient inner technology to access the most powerful force in the universe!
Bringing back to you the real power of Prayer.

The way indigenous peoples all around the world still practice, and the way our ancestors prayed.
For thousands of years, those who came before us preserved the knowledge of prayer, why it works, and how we might use it in our lives.
In massive temples and hidden tombs, through language and customs that have changed very little for at least 5,000 years, our ancestors preserved the powerful knowledge of prayer.
When we focus on a certain quality of feelings in our hearts, we’re actually using a mode of prayer that was largely “forgotten” after the now well publicized biblical edits of the fourth century. Then with each new edit and publication after this it was conveniently left out until even organized religion “forgot” about it!
There are two questions that a lot of us ask.
1) What is happening to our world?
2) What can we do to make things better?
Generally, we are all looking for the same thing – a land to call home, a way to provide for our families, and a better future for ourselves and our children.
We have a few ways to help make these things happen and bring about change.
The one way that most of us practice Prayer in the West is we ask.
When we ask FOR something to happen, we give power to what we don’t have.
Prayers FOR healing, empower the sickness.
Prayers FOR rain empower the drought.
Continuing to ask FOR these things only gives more power to the things we would only like to change.
If we pray FOR world peace, while feeling anger towards those who lead us to war, or even war itself, we may inadvertently be feeling the very conditions that lead to the opposite of peace.
A slight shift in perspective could change that.
If you didn’t pray FOR rain, what do you do?
Pray rain.
I begin to have the feeling of what rain feels like.
The feeling of rain on my body, what it’s like to stand with bare feet in the mud because there has been so much rain. I smelled the smell of the rain on the earth and felt what it feels like to walk through fields of corn chest high because there has been so much rain.
Engaging all our senses, in the hidden power of thought, feelings and emotions, this is what sets us apart from other life forms. Senses of smell, sight, taste and touch, that is what connects us to our world.
Using the powerful and ancient language that “speaks” to nature.
Following the prayers of rain, feel thanks and appreciation of the completion of the prayers.
Like an “amen” of Christianity. Or the “Aho” in South American Shamanic Energy Practices.
Feel grateful for the opportunity to participate in creation.
“Through our thanks, we honor all possibilities, while bringing what we choose to this world.”
This quality of gratitude and appreciation releases the life-affirming chemistry of powerful hormones in our bodies and strengthens our immune systems. These change within us, the quantum effects carry beyond our bodies through the conduit of the mysterious substance that appears to connect all of creation.
Try this mode of prayer for yourself.
Think of something that you would like to experience in your life.
It may be the healing of a physical condition for you or someone else, abundance for your family, or finding the perfect person to share your life with.
Rather than asking for it to become present in your life, FEEL as though it has already happened.
Breathe deeply and feel the fullness of your prayer fulfilled in every detail, in every way.
Now feel the gratitude for what your life is like with this prayer already answered.
Note the ease and release that comes from giving thanks, rather than the longing and yearning that comes from asking for help. This subtle difference between the EASE, and the longing is the power that sets asking apart from RECEIVING.
Bring in all your senses – Feeling – Seeing – Hearing – Smelling.
How powerful! How beautiful! How simple!
Feeling is the language that the Mind of God and Spirit recognizes.
Feeling based prayer changes us.
We bend, and the world spontaneously reflects our improvements.
Especially the way we feel about what we do.
The ancients believed that feeling – especially the form of feeling that we call “prayer” – is the single most powerful force in the universe.
Bringing back to you the real power of Prayer.

I personally love this. It fits well into my lifestyle.
A nap is a short period of sleep, usually taken during the day.
Many swear by napping as an effective way to relax and recharge, while others find naps unhelpful and disruptive to their sleep.
I personally love this. It fits well into my lifestyle.
In the modern world, we’re often compelled to be as productive as possible during as many hours of the day as we can be.
While this can lead to great feats of accomplishment, we often become exhausted and find ourselves craving rest and rejuvenation.
We may feel like taking a nap but feel guilty about indulging in even ten minutes of rest. This need for personal downtime, which many people experience in the early afternoon, isn’t a sign of laziness nor is it necessarily related to how much sleep you had the night before.
There was even a time when taking a nap was considered a natural part of everyone’s day. Napping is a pleasurable yet brief period of sleep when our minds and bodies can take a break.
Though judged by many to be a pastime for children or the elderly, napping can benefit people of all ages.
The desire to nap is a trait shared by many mammals, and napping is still an important part of the day in some countries, especially here in the Mediterranean.
Snoozing for a half-hour can be an enjoyable way to promote physical well-being, and naps have been known to improve your mood, boost memory, improve job performance, make you more alert, and ease stress.
A 20-minute nap can sharpen your senses and revitalize you, while a ten-minute nap can leave you feeling more cheerful.
Falling into a light sleep during the daytime can feel meditative.
The thoughts you have as you are taking a nap and the dreams you experience may offer you insights about your life that you may not have at night when you are in a deep sleep.
Most sleep researchers recommend napping before 2 p.m., so that your nap has less impact on your nighttime sleep.
On days you aren’t able to take a nap, getting out in bright sunlight can help restore your energy.
Most recommend 20 to 30 minutes napping. In order to fully enjoy the benefits of napping, you may need to give yourself permission to nap.
Feeling guilty about snoozing or worrying about your to-do list won’t do you much good when you are trying to take a nap because your thoughts or feelings will keep you awake.
Try to nap at the same time each day and use an alarm clock to ensure that you don’t sleep for too long.
Learning to nap and enjoy its restorative benefits can help you wake up restored, rejuvenated, and ready for the rest of your day.
While napping isn’t always an option for everyone, if you like to nap and feel refreshed and energized afterward, go ahead—it’s good for you. If you tried napping and you’re still feeling tired, you may want to assess your sleep routine and contact me for other ways to boost your normal sleeping patterns.
What are the tools the shaman uses on a daily basis?
In shamanic energy medicine we have many at our disposal.
In remote healing and for in person healing. Physical tools include and not at all limited to –
Florida / Spirit Water Used to enhance spiritual cleansing and for purification and protection.
Repels negative energy. Many other uses for this versatile liquid. Can be bought or I like to make my own.
Video of this later. I use mine for clearing space before clients and ceremonies. Pendulum It is a tool of divination and is used for spiritual guidance, making decisions, answering questions, and cleansing negative energy. My personal use is as in the above, and in healing detection of negative energies in clients’ chakras and checking results after work is completed.
Chakra stones
Used to unblock or balance chakras. There are different stones and colours for different chakras.
To magnify or balance the energy centre’s you are working on. To help clear or realign them.
I also use them when doing remote work after calling in the client’s energy field onto the table. Mesa Spanish word meaning table or altar. Used for healing, ceremony, prayer and divination. Holds sacred and personal objects. For healing and communion with the Spirit World. In my own I have my healing stones from each direction, special tracking stone, + +
Our hands Have the ability to influence the energy of our physical, emotional and spiritual body. They hold an innate healing power that has been used for centuries. Physically in person, and remotely. Our energy system speaks to us, and we have the ability to sense and feel other’s energies around their bodies as we work with them.
Feathers Feathers from various birds are used within healing and ceremony. Some feathers are made into fans, for offering prayers to Great Spirit or for fanning the smudge used for cleansing.
The feathers from different birds evoke different energies. Besides the above, I also use mine for cutting energy cords and tubes to negative energies connected to my clients.
In the spiritual realm they are one of the sharpest of all our instruments. Also, for cleansing and re-setting chakras. Crystals Crystals and/or semi-precious stones support shamans during their work to aid them in channeling universal energies, to lend them protection and assist them in connecting with Spirit. Hugely powerful in our work, I have them with me at all times when working with clients and are used during every session.
Fire / candles In shamanic mythology, fire is a path of rapid transformation. Whether a big outdoor fire, or using a candle indoors, the use of fire to enhance our spiritual practice has been used since man was able to utilize its energies. A fire ceremony is a powerful Shamanic practice used to release unwanted energies and attachments from the past and make space for new intentions.
Sage / Paolo Santo Smudging is the ritual of cleaning the energy of a physical space, object or person. Smudge ‘deposits’ the energy of the plant into the space helping to dissipate old, lingering energies. I personally use the sage with the intention to clean and clear the person and space I am working in. I then use Paolo Santo for protection and clarity.
Communicating with Spirit The practice of shamanism has mystical and spiritual connotations, but it’s not tied to any specific religion or creed. We work with spirit, healing ill-ness at a soul level. We collect insights and acquire knowledge to assist in the client’s overall well-being. This is done many ways, and every person I work with is unique. Sometimes communication is visual, sometimes kin-aesthetic. Other times something totally different. I am open and attentive for all possible ways of receiving messages.
The Invisible World Similarly, as in our physical world, the shaman also has a set of very important tools to work with the invisible world. These are not tools like above. The most important tools of the shaman are energetic. Despite not having a physical form that you can hold in your hands or see with your eyes; these tools are extremely sharp and effective. In fact, they have been sharpened by the ancient shamans over millennia. These tools include journeying, working with the dark side, connecting to the power animals, honoring ancestors, ascension ceremony, destiny tracking and much more.
This is a brief on some of the “Tool Chest” items shamans have at their disposal for working with energy medicine.
It would be amiss of me not to point out that traditionally trained shamans around the world are hugely powerful and wondrous beings. They seldom use physical tools as their abilities to heal are so strong and encompassing they need no such items. They are doing amazing healing for Pachamama (Mother Earth) and its inhabitants, and most people are totally unaware of this.
Bless and praise be to them.
They are the ones we need so much at this pivotal time in our existence.
We also need you and me to carry this on in our Nations and Communities.
There are some amazing people out there doing truly beautiful healings for all of us. We are all called to action for the protection of our beautiful blue and green planet.
In Luv, Light, Peace & Laughter,
Jamie

How Remote Healing Works Over Zoom & Skype With many people being forced to stay home, a lot of “life” went online. From work to fitness to social life, much of the world now relies on online platforms to stay connected.
It’s no surprise that there’s been a rise in virtual well-being services, as well. While energy healing typically takes place in a physical space, many practitioners are offering services online.
This is known as remote healing, distance healing, or distant healing.
The energy body (we call Luminous Energy Field) can be accessed easily from anywhere and at any time and does not require you to be physically present with the practitioner. The majority of the distance healings that I do are zoom sessions. For most of the sessions it requires an amount of participation, so having them on zoom is necessary to accomplish the work.
It can be called ‘therapy for lazy people.’ No work required, just relax and allow me to guide you. You just need to be ready to face yourself and evolve. Distance Healing allows the recipient to benefit from the healing process even if they are unable to be present due to distance or illness. I run my sessions in the same way, except it is over video. Typically, you’ll lie down at home and set up a video camera on your phone or laptop, so I healer can see and hear you and vice versa.
The processes involved may vary slightly depending on what is being presented, but the essential transmission of healing energy is universal.
Energy can neither be created nor be destroyed, it can only be transformed from one form to another. We are all electrical and magnetic beings made of energy and emitting light. Distant healing encompasses a broad range of healing practices, many of which are based in ancient spiritual traditions.
Virtually all major religions, including Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, and Hinduism, endorse and encourage the use of distant healing among their adherents.
For those people who are able to intuitively work with energy, or to learn the processes involved, healing is a matter of transferring and balancing that energy. Working not the physical form, but with pure energy means that the healer can operate outside of the normal limitations of time and space.
In David R. Hamilton Ph.D.’s book, “Why Woo-Woo Works”, The Surprising Science Behind Meditation, Reiki, Crystals, and Other Alternative Practices, he discusses this very thing.
How healers use a variety of different methods including vibrational and sound healing over long distances around the world to help bring about amazing results. Quantum Physics is only now catching up with what Shaman’s and Healers from all cultures have known for thousands of years. Even Einstein referred to it as `spooky action at a distance´, in a challenge to the accepted interpretation of quantum mechanics. The way subatomic particles can remain connected (entangled) no matter how far apart they are.
Which has now been experimentally proven correct.
There are many ways one might understand how distance healing works.
Much of our everyday experience involves the transfer of energy over long distances — satellite dishes are just one example. There are energies all about us traveling great distances in short amounts of time such as radio waves. Distant energy healing, also known as remote healing and absent healing has been practiced by healers in the Far East for centuries. In recent modern times many modalities of distant healing are being recognized and practiced in the West.
Shamanic energy healers know that energy can be transported through space and time, which means that energy healing can take place even over a large geographical distance.
It is all about intention.
If your mindset is to overcome all your obstacles and challengers, and with the work performed by a trained Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner, you will reach your desired results.
If you just want to tick it off the list of tried therapies that don’t work for you, then that will be your outcome.
You need to get off your ass, commit yourself, and do the necessary work to achieve your goals and dreams. I am all for personal accountability.
In my experience there is absolutely NO difference between an in person session or a distance healing.
This has been proven to me time and time again and I am still amazed and grateful each and every time.
When I work on a client long distance I can feel where their pain/problems lie.
During and after distance healing (and in person sessions) I feel love, calmness, gratitude and a connection to the Universe and the person I am working with.
This type of healing is equally effective as an in person healing because in shamanic energy healing and holistic medicine therapies, we are working with the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of an individual by accessing the individual’s energy body.
The energy body can be accessed easily from anywhere and at any time and does not require you to be physically present with the practitioner.
When a healer facilitates a distance healing, he or she is going outside of time and space. What quantum physics has revealed (at least in theory) is that time is not fixed, nor is it linear, only flowing in one direction.
Time is fluid and flows both forwards and backwards simultaneously. Your future can thus affect you as much as your past. Your past can be altered as much as your future.
From this perspective everything is happening at once, there is no past and no future, only the present moment.
Does Distance Healing Work?
The answer to this question is YES!
Distance healing works equally as well as an in person healing session.
In my practice I use Distance Healing for most of my sessions.
I get extremely accurate information with the same positive results as I do when you come for a personal session.
The difference between treating symptoms and healing is that in treating symptoms the context remains the same.
However in healing, the clinical response is elicited by a change of context, so as to bring about an absolute removal of the cause of the condition rather than mere recovery from its symptoms.
The “field” as Einstein once put it, is the only reality. It is this field that must be tapped in order to heal.
Anyone who understands what Quantum Science is, will know the implications of Quantum Theory.
If consciousness and energy – not matter – are the fundamental underlying principles of the universe then all of our assumptions must change.
We now live in a universe where science and spirituality are one and the same. True healing requires the deepest understanding and appreciation of the oneness of body mind and spirit.
Quantum physics provides this understanding.
Huge industries have been built around a chemical and mechanical approach to health and healing.
We live in a time of a sickness care society, not a health care society.
A patient healed is a customer lost, as they say! Changing all of the paradigms regarding health and healing is very threatening to these large financial empires.
This is why things are so slow to change. Individuals must be very proactive in educating themselves and make changes as individuals one person at a time.
This shamanic energy healing transcends time and space and the zoom or skype call has nothing to do with the efficacy of the healing.
Distance healing does work and I hope I have made how and why it does work a little more understandable.
A distant healing session like an in-person session usually lasts between 60 to 90 minutes.
This includes post-therapy tips and homework.
Results may vary from person to person depending upon their readiness and receptivity.
Changes are often visible right from the first session.
Even when issues are resolved in a single session, three to four sessions are advisable.
It can take from a few days to a few months for the full integration to take place.
So, the number of sessions varies from person to person and case to case.
We all have certain things in our lives that we would like to address for a wholesome, healthy, abundant and fulfilling life.
Hence, the best time to book a session is NOW!
Remember: A shamanic energy healing session is not required only to address pain, damage or issues.
It is chosen even when things are good, to take you to the next level.
The transformation of one’s self means to acknowledge and then change yourself from within and with-out.
SELF-TRANSFORMATION
The transformation of one’s self means to acknowledge and then change yourself from within and with-out.
For me and the ones I work with this means mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually and energetically.
It happens when either you are in or pass through a difficult situation in your life, or you initiate it yourself to bring about a meaningful beginning and life changing journey.
In most cases, you regenerate your soul towards bringing this change in yourself.
Transforming and regeneration of your soul is not easy.
It takes a lot more courage and guts to face.
Sometimes you must face it by yourself.
While Self is the one who asks the questions, and partly Self is the one who can give you some of those answers, it can be one of the toughest and most important explorations in your life.
It is coming within.
Discovering who you really are.
Therefore, self-transformation is not an option, it is fundamental to our existence and transition to Homo-Luminous beings.
To Dream A New World Into Being.
Self-transformation implies we seek to reshape ourselves, to shift into a new person entirely.
This takes us way beyond self-awareness.
In the transformation process, we actively and consciously refine ourselves. We mold ourselves through hard work and discipline so we can achieve a result that reflects our strongest beliefs and values.
It starts with a tiny spec of realization.
Realizing that things are not right within us and our environment.
Your unwanted personality trait is not your friend.
The uncomfortable people you have around you are not your friends.
The polluted environment around you is not conducive to being your friend.
Going after the things you want, learning new skills, and chasing your desires is hard, which is why most people don’t bother.
But with the right attitude and guidance, you can put yourself on a path to becoming who you truly want to be.
You can get off your ass and transform your life into anything you want.
Shamanic Energy Work is one of the most powerful ways for Self-Transformation.
We do this in several ways. For more information contact me via my website www.jamievida.com
.
As will as this we need to start with some basic habits.
Breathe and Slow Down While self-transformation is essential, sometimes we may pressurize ourselves a little too much in this process. This can be the last thing that will help you adopt positive changes.
The most basic and essential part of self-transformation is to learn how to slow down. (This is part of the Momentum Tunnel we will discuss later).
Take deep breathes, stop when you feel like it’s too much for you to handle, and adopt one step at a time.
Nothing is going to be easy for you if you aren’t easy on yourself. Meditation is absolutely essential for this transition.
In fact, you can start your own meditation practice right now.
Simply start by taking one deep breath in and then out.
Focus on nothing but your breath.
As you focus on the breath, and if your mind wanders, then you gently bring it back.
Over time, these reps strengthen your mind. It might seem strange that breathing can change your life, but when you stick with it, you’ll understand.
Meditation and mindfulness have been the root of all change for me, and it can be for you too.
Start Reading
Reading can be a driving factor to make or break a person’s personality/character.
While it mostly helps build our character, choosing the wrong books can do the opposite too.
From books to magazines, and even the positive and influential social media posts – anything that helps you grow in the right direction is a good read. “What a person has on their bookcase will tell you everything about that person”.
Your thoughts are shaped by the inputs you give your mind.
Let’s say you’ve realized that you’ve done a poor job taking care of your health.
You want to become a healthier person.
You start by reading a few blogs, or listening to Podcasts on dieting, exercise, and the importance of sleep.
Consuming this information over time — being submersed in it — changes the structure of your brain.
It carves new neuropathways, reshaping the way you think, and planting seeds of new ideas into your mind.
Without doing anything more than reading, you start to value new things.
Staying with our health example, fast food doesn’t seem so appealing now that you know what it’s made from and how many empty calories it contains. Choose the Right Community
The people we spend our time with are the most important in our lives.
They aren’t just our company but also the people that shape our character and personality.

If you need a consistent and visible change in your life, you need to change your community first.

After reading this article, what kind of life are you living?
Are you on the path you want to be on?
If not, then let’s start.
Taking the first step is certainly better than the alternative.
You know you should be exercising. But how do you start and then keep up your dedication to the gym or a training routine when your schedule is overloaded with a million other things. Or how do you push yourself to start working out if it’s been years since you last had a good self-imposed sweat? If you want to make movement a regular part of your day and your life, you have many exercise options. But you may be unsure about how to start working out if you’ve never really exercised regularly before. Whether you’re looking to run, ride a bike, swim, lift weights, or do yoga, just thinking about how to start working out can feel intimidating. Understanding the big picture of why physical activity is so very important for your physical and mental well-being is a good place to start. That “runners high” is not just in their heads. Exercising releases hormones called endorphins that promote feelings of euphoria and help you focus. Working out also improves cardiovascular health and sleep quality, both of which improve your energy levels throughout the day and reduce the risk of a variety of diseases. Moving your body more is also associated with a reduced risk of depression. And exercise may help people who already have depression Identify why you’re ready to incorporate a regular workout program into your life. Fitness should be about your own goals and what feels right for you. Everyone starts somewhere. You can rest assured that the yoga teacher you follow on Instagram didn’t immediately pull off that handstand during her first class, or the CrossFitter didn’t bang out 10 pull-ups the first time they hung on the bar. And those runners you see going for hours? At one point, jogging nonstop for five minutes was probably a victory for them. Besides, your exercise routine is about you—it’s about your individual goals, your preferences, and your interests. What works for the fitfluencer you follow may be way off from what you’re looking to implement in your own life. Intentional, strategic habit changes, based on your personality, schedule, likes, and dislikes can make all the difference in whether or not you stick to your workout plans or get thrown off track. Find a time that works for you. There’s always been a lot of talk in the fitness world about when’s the best time to work out.
There is no set time that’s the best for working out.
The best time is always the one that fits your lifestyle, your preferences, and your energy level.” Find a workout you enjoy and look forward to it. Just because all your friends love spinning or Cross Fit doesn’t mean you do, too.
Begin by really thinking about the things you enjoy — nature, group settings, playing sports, quiet time, or being challenged.
Then look for activities that meet one or more of your criteria.
Look at workouts that you’re good at. Research shows that humans have a desire to be ‘good’ at something. I encourage people to not only seek out things they find pleasurable and enjoyable, but also things that they’re confident doing or would like to become more proficient in. Put it on your calendar as you would any other appointment Once you have a workout (or even a few) that you want to try, give yourself a slow and steady break-in period. Giving yourself a workout range for the week can also be helpful. Give yourself a realistic range, like three to five days a week to start with. Break up your workout into shorter spurts. Are you skipping your workout because you don’t have time for the full routine? Break up your physical activity into a few shorter 10-minute spurts throughout the day. Taking shorter walks throughout the day, as opposed to one longer walk that takes 30 minutes to an hour, will give you similar benefits.
Just make sure that you’re listening to your body.
If you’ve been going too hard, you may need a break, and that’s perfectly fine. Play some music to keep your energy up. Playing some tunes could be just what you need to literally go the extra mile. Research has found that playing music while exercising increases the duration of workouts for both men and women without a perceived increase in effort.
Starting a workout routine shouldn’t add to your stress—it should be a helpful self-care measure that makes you feel better instead.
And that is why you know you should be working out now!
It is a common misconception that coconut oil is bad for you.
It is a common misconception that coconut oil is bad for you.
People all over the world are experiencing the healthy benefits of using coconut oil.
It is actually one of the healthiest oils you can consume.
Here are the top seven reasons why you should use coconut oil as an alternative to other common cooking oils.
1. Coconut oil doesn’t turn to fat in your body.
Unlike many other common oils, like soy (vegetable) and corn, coconut oil won’t make you fat.
Coconut oil contains medium-chain triglycerides (MCT), which are an easy fuel for the body to burn, without turning to fat.
Most other cooking oils and fats contain long-chain triglycerides (LCT). LCT’s are usually stored as fat.
Since coconut oil is a MCT, it is more easily absorbed and converted to energy quicker.
People in the tropics have relied on coconuts as a traditional staple in their diet for centuries.
They consume large amounts of coconut oil every day.
Instead of getting fatter, it helps them stay healthy, lean and trim.
When they switch from coconut oil to our modern oils, they develop obesity and the health problems that our modern society faces.
Some other people who have known this truth for a long time are people who are in the animal feed business. When livestock are fed vegetable oils, they put on weight and produce more fatty meat.
When they are fed coconut oil, they become very lean.
2. Coconut oil increases your metabolism.
Not only does coconut oil convert to energy quicker in your body, it increases your metabolism, which promotes weight loss.
Because it boosts your metabolism, it helps your body burn fat more effectively.
Coconut oil may triple your calorie burn.
Since coconut oil is a MCT, it is converted to energy so quickly that it creates a lot of heat.
In a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, MCT’s burn three times more calories for six hours after a meal than LCT’s. The February 15, 2005 issue of Woman’s World magazine stated that coconut oil is the “underground high-metabolism secret.”
This is great news for people who have thyroid problems, since coconut oil improves sluggish thyroids by stimulating the production of extra thyroid hormones.
Most other common oils, like vegetable (soy) and corn have been shown to inhibit thyroid function.
3. Coconut oil has omega 3 fatty acids.
Most cooking oils contain omega 6 fatty acids, something we get way too much of.
Our omega 6 to omega 3 ratio should be 1:1 but it is more like 50:1.
We need to drastically cut back our omega 6 oils and consume much more omega 3 oils to be healthy.
And coconut oil is filled with these healthy omega 3 fatty acids.
4. Coconut oil gives you energy. Because of the healthy omega 3 fatty acids and the fact that it increases the metabolism, most people that switch to coconut oil feel a burst of added energy in their daily life.
This is because coconut oil is nature’s richest source of medium-chain triglycerides (MCT’s), which increase metabolic rates and lead to weight loss.
MCT’s promote thermogenesis, which increases the body’s metabolism, producing energy.
Many people with chronic fatigue syndrome and bromyalgia have found that adding coconut and coconut oil to their diet was helpful to them.
5. One of the best things you can use on your skin and hair is coconut oil.
Coconut oil is one of the best things you can apply directly on your skin and hair.
It gives temporary relief to skin problems like rashes.
It aids in healing and restoring skin to a younger appearance.
It has also been known to help with people who suffer from yeast infections in the skin, as well as many other skin problems. Not only does it soften and smooth your skin, coconut oil has antioxidant
properties that protect the skin from free radical damage.
Coconut oil makes excellent massage oil too.
6. Coconut oil has healthy benefits that most other oils do not. Evidence is mounting that coconut oil has anti-fungal, antibacterial and antiviral effects when both consumed and used topically on the skin.
Most oils oxidize and turn rancid very quickly causing free radical damage in our bodies.
Coconut oil is not easily oxidized and does not cause harmful free radical damage like polyunsaturated vegetable oils.
Free radical damage is thought to be responsible for many ailments in our body from arthritis to increased susceptibility to cancers.
Coconut oil also helps our bodies absorb other nutrients more effectively, such as Vitamin E.
7. Coconut oil is one of the best oils you can use for cooking.
It has a higher smoke point than olive oil, which means it can take higher temperatures better.
There are several healthy omega 3 oils we can choose to consume, such as flax and olive oil, but they don’t do well under the high heat we use for cooking.
Coconut oil can be used in higher cooking temperatures.
It is harder for coconut oil to go rancid, unlike other cooking oils, which are usually rancid long before you even bring them home.
Rancid oils cause free radical damage in the body, which is a leading cause of cancer.
Coconut oil is stable for over a year at room temperature.
Because of the misinformation we have been given for years, we have lost out on the healthy benefits that coconut oil has given the people of the tropics for centuries.
But now it has been rediscovered! Coconut oil is so effective, it won’t be long before we see coconut oil supplements promoted, but you can get the jump on the popular crowd and start consuming and cooking with coconut oil today!
