The chakras are centers of energy in the body, and when they become blocked, it has negative effects on physical, emotional, spiritual and mental health.

Here are some negative effects associated with each of the seven bodily blocked chakras:

Root Chakra (Muladhara): A blocked root chakra can lead to feelings of insecurity, fear, and anxiety. It can also cause physical symptoms like constipation, back pain, and poor circulation.

Third Eye Chakra (Ajna): A blocked third eye chakra can lead to a lack of clarity, confusion, and feelings of being disconnected from reality.

Physical symptoms can include headaches, migraines, and vision problems.

Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): A blocked crown chakra can lead to a lack of spirituality, difficulty connecting with higher powers, and feeling lost or disconnected from the world. Physical symptoms can include sensitivity to light and sound, migraines, and depression.
